Meet the Doctors
Dr. Dale Rollette
Dr. Dale Rollette knew from an early age that he would pursue a career in chiropractic care. Not only did it offer a greater degree of personal autonomy than other health-related professions, but its vitalistic foundation allowed for a much greater focus on wellness as opposed to disease. Dr. Dale prefers a holistic approach to healing and health maintenance that incorporates proper nutrition, exercise, stress management, and regular chiropractic adjustments.
Dr. Dale graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984. The following year, he and Dr. Denise moved to Hammond to begin practicing as fully-licensed chiropractors. Dr. Dale is trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques, which are utilized according to a patient’s individual needs. Dr. Dale is the past president of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana, and is a former Louisiana State Representative for the International Chiropractic Association. He is committed to continuing education and service in the field of chiropractic care, as evidenced by his current affiliation with these and other professional organizations, such as the World Chiropractic Alliance.
Dr. Dale and Dr. Denise have been married since 1984 and have raised two daughters, Dawnielle and Deanna. Together they founded Rollette Chiropractic Center in 1985, and have built a thriving practice in Hammond that serves a large portion of the local population. Because they believe prevention is the key to true health, the primary emphasis of their practice is on family wellness and pediatric care.
Dr. Denise Rollette
Dr. Denise Rollette was introduced to chiropractic care as a young child, when her family sought help for the treatment of enuresis (bedwetting)—at the time a poorly-understood and isolating condition. The results were so overwhelmingly positive for her that she, in her own words, “fell in love” with chiropractic care and began to think ahead to her own career. At age 15, she went to work at the office of her chiropractor in West Palm Beach, FL.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Florida, Dr. Denise went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic. She graduated in 1984 and moved to the Hammond area to begin practicing the following year. Dr. Denise is trained in numerous chiropractic techniques and specializes in pediatric, perinatal, and family wellness care. She is a current State Representative and board member for the International Chiropractic Association, and maintains membership in the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana. Dr. Denise has also published scholarly articles on various aspects of pediatric care. In August of 2016, Dr. Denise was appointed to the Louisiana State Board of Chiropractic Examiners by Gov. John Bel Edwards.

Dr. Jeffrey Franco
Born and raised in a New Orleans, Dr. Jeffrey Franco is a lifelong resident of Louisiana. As early as his high school years, Dr. Franco was inspired to become a chiropractor through his affiliation with three doctors at a respected chiropractic office. During this time he observed miraculous changes in patients' health, and he carries his enthusiasm from those experiences into his own practice today.
Dr. Franco began his career in the chiropractic field in 2004 while completing his undergraduate coursework at Louisiana State University. He later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Franco has been trained extensively using the Pettibon Biomechanics technique in his practice, where he is able to help his patients return to optimal health through hands-on adjustments. In 2014, he joined Rollette Chiropractic Center and brought his talents to the Hammond area.
Dr. Franco has a tremendous passion for working with problems in the extremities. He has trained hands-on with some of the very best extremity adjustors in the country in order to perfect his skills. Dr. Franco is also one of the few practitioners in the area who is trained in Epley’s maneuver, which has been successfully demonstrated to relieve symptoms of vertigo. His enthusiasm for addressing these often-overlooked areas of dysfunction is evident in his patients' satisfaction.
