Oklahaven Have-A-Heart Campaign
Oklahaven Children's Chiropractic Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping sick and disabled children using a natural, drug-free approach using chiropractic care. Rollette Chiropractic Center will be accepting donations on behalf of Oklahaven as part of their Have-A-Heart campaign.

Wall Sits
Every month, the doctors and staff at Rollette Chiropractic Center will be participating in a challenge designed to build strength and stamina in certain areas of the body. This February, we're targeting the hamstrings and quadriceps in the upper thighs with our Wall Sit Challenge.
To do a Wall Sit, simply brace your back against a sturdy wall and "sit" with your thighs parallel to the floor, as though you're in an imaginary chair. Then hold that position for a preset amount of time.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
Deep tissue laser therapy can help patients reduce pain and inflammation in places like the upper back, mid-back, low back, neck, knees, shoulders, feet, and sciatic nerve area. These symptoms may be secondary to chronic health problems, acute conditions, sports injuries, or trauma. Better yet, most adults can safely receive laser therapy over the region of the body where they are experiencing symptoms.
