Dr. Andee Poche'

Chiropractor

Dr. Poche’ is from Tangipahoa Parish and graduated from St. Joseph Catholic School and then Ponchatoula High School. Her journey with Chiropractic care started when she was 14 years old. While in high school, she was in a car accident and hurt her neck and right shoulder. She went to a Chiropractor for treatment and was amazed at how well Chiropractic care worked for her. This experience sparked her interest in anatomy and Chiropractic care so much that she decided she wanted to help others the way Chiropractic care had helped her.

Dr. Poche’ attended Southeastern Louisiana University, concentrating in Kinesiology Exercise Science- a field focusing on how the body moves. In March 2020, due to COVID-19, she had to make a big decision: either delay her internship for a year or start Chiropractic school a year earlier than planned. She chose to follow her dream and started Chiropractic school in August 2020. She earned both her Bachelor's degree in Anatomy and her Doctorate in Chiropractic at the same time. She graduated from Parker University in December 2023 as the third youngest person in her class.

Even after graduating, Dr. Poche’ continued her education. During her first year of practice in Fort Worth, Texas, she earned her certification in Webster Technique, a Chiropractic method that helps pregnant women. After that, she focused her practice on helping families, especially women and children. Dr. Poche’ is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), a group that supports holistic care for families. She is also a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana. In her free time, she enjoys attending SELU and LSU sporting events, playing pickleball and golf, and spending downtime with family and friends.
